This service is for clients who appreciate clear communication and a thoughtful approach to appointments. Whether you’re new or returning, understanding these policies supports a positive experience for us all.
Appointment Confirmation
All appointments require confirmation via automated text message at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
Punctuality / Grace Period
We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and must be rescheduled.
Children & Guest Policy
To maintain a calm, professional environment, children are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service. No additional guests are allowed.
Booking Requirements
All clients are required to have a valid card on file to secure an appointment. New clients are required to pay a non-refundable $50 deposit, which will be applied toward the service total on the day of the appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours will result the deposit as the cancellation fee.
No-Shows
Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the missed service total and may no longer be eligible for future bookings.
Arrival Requirements
Please arrive camera-ready for your appointment. Avoid high neck tops such as turtlenecks or hoodies. Neutral-toned attire is recommended for photography purposes.
Hair Preparation
Please arrive with clean, dry hair that has been washed within 24 hours of your appointment.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept Venmo, Apple Pay, and cash only. No other forms of payment are accepted.
